ISV Parallel NASB [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
International Standard VersionNew American Standard Bible 1995
Hallelujah! Praise the name of the LORD! Give praise, you servants of the LORD,1Praise the LORD! Praise the name of the LORD; Praise Him, O servants of the LORD,
you who are standing in the LORD's Temple, in the courtyards of the house of our God.2You who stand in the house of the LORD, In the courts of the house of our God!
Praise the LORD, because the LORD is good; Sing to his name, for he is gracious.3Praise the LORD, for the LORD is good; Sing praises to His name, for it is lovely.
It is Jacob whom the LORD chose for himself— Israel as his personal possession.4For the LORD has chosen Jacob for Himself, Israel for His own possession.
Indeed, I know that the LORD is great, and that our Lord surpasses all gods.5For I know that the LORD is great And that our Lord is above all gods.
The LORD does whatever pleases him in heaven and on earth, in the seas and all its deep regions.6Whatever the LORD pleases, He does, In heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps.
He makes the clouds rise from the ends of the earth, fashioning lightning for the rain, bringing the wind from his storehouses.7He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; Who makes lightnings for the rain, Who brings forth the wind from His treasuries.
It was the LORD who struck down the firstborn of Egypt, including both men and animals.8He smote the firstborn of Egypt, Both of man and beast.
He sent signs and wonders among you, Egypt, before Pharaoh and all his servants.9He sent signs and wonders into your midst, O Egypt, Upon Pharaoh and all his servants.
He struck down many nations, killing many kings—10He smote many nations And slew mighty kings,
Sihon, king of the Amorites, Og, king of Bashan, and every kingdom of Canaan—11Sihon, king of the Amorites, And Og, king of Bashan, And all the kingdoms of Canaan;
and he gave their land as an inheritance, an inheritance to his people Israel.12And He gave their land as a heritage, A heritage to Israel His people.
Your name, LORD, exists forever, and your reputation, LORD, throughout the ages.13Your name, O LORD, is everlasting, Your remembrance, O LORD, throughout all generations.
For the LORD will vindicate his people, and he will show compassion on his servants.14For the LORD will judge His people And will have compassion on His servants.
The idols of the nations are silver and gold, worked by the hands of human beings.15The idols of the nations are but silver and gold, The work of man's hands.
Mouths are attributed to them, but they cannot speak; sight is attributed to them, but they cannot see;16They have mouths, but they do not speak; They have eyes, but they do not see;
ears are attributed to them, but they do not hear, and there is no breath in their mouths.17They have ears, but they do not hear, Nor is there any breath at all in their mouths.
Those who craft them— and all who trust in them— will become like them.18Those who make them will be like them, Yes, everyone who trusts in them.
House of Israel, bless the LORD! House of Aaron, bless the LORD!19O house of Israel, bless the LORD; O house of Aaron, bless the LORD;
House of Levi, bless the LORD! You who fear the LORD, bless the LORD!20O house of Levi, bless the LORD; You who revere the LORD, bless the LORD.
Blessed be the LORD from Zion, he who lives in Jerusalem. Hallelujah!21Blessed be the LORD from Zion, Who dwells in Jerusalem. Praise the LORD!
