Exodus 9:22
Good News Translation
Then the LORD said to Moses, "Raise your hand toward the sky, and hail will fall over the whole land of Egypt--on the people, the animals, and all the plants in the fields."

The LORD said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand toward heaven so that hail may fall on the whole land of Egypt, on humans and animals and all the plants of the field in the land of Egypt.”

Then the LORD told Moses, "Stretch your arm toward the sky, so that hailstones will fall on people, animals, and crops in the land of Egypt."
