Psalms 91:7-16 ▼

7 A thousand may fall at your side, and a multitude at your right hand—it shall not draw near to you.

8 But with your eyes you shall look, and you shall see the reward of the wicked.

9 Because You, O YHWH are my refuge; the Most High you have made your dwelling place.

10 Evil shall not meet with you, and plague shall not come near, by your tent.

11 For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.

12 Upon the hands they shall lift you up, lest you strike your foot against a stone.

13 Upon the lion and cobra you will tread; you will trample the young lion and the serpent.

14 “Because in Me he has delighted, so will I rescue him; I will set him up high because he has known My Name.

15 He will call on Me and I will answer him; I am with him in distress; I will deliver him and honor him.

16 With length of days I will satisfy him, and cause him to look on My salvation.”
