Now learn the parable from the fig tree: When its branch already shall have become tender and it may put forth leaves, you? know that the summer is near.

So also you?, when you? see all these things, know that He is near, at the doors.

Truly I say to you? that this generation shall not have passed away until all these things shall have come to pass.

The heaven and the earth will pass away, but My words shall never pass away.

But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of the heavens, nor the Son, except the Father only.

For as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.

For as in those days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until that day Noah entered into the ark.

And they did not know until the flood came and took away all. So also will be the coming of the Son of Man.

Then two will be in the field: one is taken, and one is left.

Two women will be grinding at the mill: one is taken, and one is left.

Therefore watch, because you? do not know on what day your? Lord comes.

But know this, that if the master of the house had known in which watch the thief comes, he would have watched and would not have allowed his house to be broken into.

Because of this also, you? be ready, because in the hour that you? do not think, the Son of Man comes.

Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master set over his household, to give them the food in season?

Blessed is that servant whom his master, having come, will find so doing.

Truly I say to you? that he will set him over all of his possessions.

But if that evil servant should say in his heart, ‘My master delays,’

and he should begin to beat his fellow servants, and he should eat and drink with those being drunk,

the master of that servant will come in a day that he does not expect and in an hour that he does not know,

and he will cut him in two and will appoint his portion with the hypocrites—there will be weeping and gnashing of the teeth.
