Par

And Peter, answering Him, said, "Lord, if it be Thou, bid me come to Thee on the water."

And He said, "Come." And, going down from the boat, Peter walked upon the water, and came to Jesus.

But, seeing the wind, he was frightened; and, beginning to sink, he cried out, saying, "Lord, save me!"

And immediately Jesus, stretching forth His hand, took hold of him, and saith to him, "O you of little faith, why did you doubt?"

And, when they went up into the boat, the wind ceased.

And these in the boat worshiped Him, saying, "Truly Thou art God's Son."

And, passing over, they came upon the land to Gennesaret.

And, recognizing Him, the men of that place sent into all that region round about, and brought to Him all who were sick;

and they were beseeching Him, that they might only touch the border of His garment; and as many as touched it were made thoroughly well.
