And the disciples, having seen Him walking on the sea, were troubled, saying, “It is a ghost!” And they cried out in fear.

But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, “Take courage! I am He! Do not” be afraid.

And answering Him, Peter said, “Lord, if You are He, command me to come to You on the waters.”

And He said, “Come.” And having gone down from the boat, Peter walked on the waters and came to Jesus.

And seeing the strong wind, he was afraid, and having begun to sink, he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!”

And immediately Jesus, having stretched out the hand, took hold of him and says to him, “O little of faith, why did you waver?”

And they having gone up into the boat, the wind abated.

And those in the boat worshiped Him, saying, “Truly You are God's Son!”

And having crossed over, they came to the land of Gennesaret.

And having recognized Him, the men of that place sent to all that surrounding region, and they brought to Him all those being ill,

and they were imploring Him that they might only touch the fringe of His garment. And as many as touched were saved.
