1 AND after these things, I saw four an gels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree. After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth, that no wind might blow on earth or sea or against any tree. After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth to prevent any wind from blowing on the land or on the sea or on any tree.
2 And I saw another angel, and he ascended from the direction of the rising sun, having the seal of the Living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea, saying, Then I saw another angel ascending from the rising of the sun, with the seal of the living God, and he called with a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm earth and sea, Then I saw another angel coming up from the east, having the seal of the living God. He called out in a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm the land and the sea:
3 Do not hurt the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God upon their brows. saying, “Do not harm the earth or the sea or the trees, until we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.” “Do not harm the land or the sea or the trees until we put a seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God.”
4 And I heard the number of those who were sealed: and it was a hundred and forty and four thousand, of all the tribes of the children of Israel. And I heard the number of the sealed, 144,000, sealed from every tribe of the sons of Israel: Then I heard the number of those who were sealed: 144,000 from all the tribes of Israel.
5 Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand; of the tribe of Reuben, twelve thousand; of the tribe of Gad, twelve thousand; 12,000 from the tribe of Judah were sealed, 12,000 from the tribe of Reuben, 12,000 from the tribe of Gad, From the tribe of Judah 12,000 were sealed, from the tribe of Reuben 12,000, from the tribe of Gad 12,000,
6 Of the tribe of A’ser, twelve thousand; of the tribe of Nep’tha-lim, twelve thousand; of the tribe of Ma-nas’ses, twelve thousand; 12,000 from the tribe of Asher, 12,000 from the tribe of Naphtali, 12,000 from the tribe of Manasseh, from the tribe of Asher 12,000, from the tribe of Naphtali 12,000, from the tribe of Manasseh 12,000,
7 Of the tribe of Simeon, twelve thousand; of the tribe of Levi, twelve thousand; of the tribe of Is’sa-char, twelve thousand; 12,000 from the tribe of Simeon, 12,000 from the tribe of Levi, 12,000 from the tribe of Issachar, from the tribe of Simeon 12,000, from the tribe of Levi 12,000, from the tribe of Issachar 12,000,
8 Of the tribe of Zab’u-lon, twelve thousand; of the tribe of Joseph, twelve thousand; of the tribe of Benjamin, twelve thousand. 12,000 from the tribe of Zebulun, 12,000 from the tribe of Joseph, 12,000 from the tribe of Benjamin were sealed. from the tribe of Zebulun 12,000, from the tribe of Joseph 12,000, from the tribe of Benjamin 12,000.
9 After these things, I beheld, and lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of every nation and people, and kindred and tongue, stood before the throne, and in the presence of the Lamb, clothed with white robes and with palms in their hands; After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.
10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God, who sits upon the throne, and to the Lamb. and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” And they cried out in a loud voice: “Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.”
11 And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before his throne on their faces, and worshipped God. And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, All the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures. They fell down on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,
12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honor, and power and might to our God for ever and ever. Amen. saying, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen.” saying: “Amen! Praise and glory and wisdom and thanks and honor and power and strength be to our God for ever and ever. Amen!”
13 And one of the elders answered and said to me, Who are these who are arrayed in white robes? And from whence did they come? Then one of the elders addressed me, saying, “Who are these, clothed in white robes, and from where have they come?” Then one of the elders asked me, “These in white robes—who are they, and where did they come from?”
14 And I said to him, My LORD, you know. And he said to me, These are those who came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. I said to him, “Sir, you know.” And he said to me, “These are the ones coming out of the great tribulation. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. I answered, “Sir, you know.” And he said, “These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
15 Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple; and he who sits on the throne shall shelter them. “Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple; and he who sits on the throne will shelter them with his presence. The sun will not beat down on them,’ nor any scorching heat.
17 For the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne shall shepherd them, and shall lead them to fountains of living water. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. For the Lamb in the midst of the throne will be their shepherd, and he will guide them to springs of living water, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.” For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; ‘he will lead them to springs of living water.’ ‘And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’”
