1 A PSALM. Sing to YHWH a new song, || For He has done wonders, || His right hand and His holy arm have given salvation to Him. Oh sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done marvelous things! His right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him. A psalm. Sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done marvelous things; his right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him.
2 YHWH has made His salvation known, || Before the eyes of the nations, || He has revealed His righteousness, The LORD has made known his salvation; he has revealed his righteousness in the sight of the nations. The LORD has made his salvation known and revealed his righteousness to the nations.
3 He has remembered His kindness, || And His faithfulness to the house of Israel, || All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God. He has remembered his steadfast love and faithfulness to the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God. He has remembered his love and his faithfulness to Israel; all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
4 Shout to YHWH, all the earth, || Break forth, and cry aloud, and sing. Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth; break forth into joyous song and sing praises! Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth, burst into jubilant song with music;
5 Sing to YHWH with harp, || With harp, and voice of praise, Sing praises to the LORD with the lyre, with the lyre and the sound of melody! make music to the LORD with the harp, with the harp and the sound of singing,
6 With trumpets, and voice of a horn, shout before the King, YHWH. With trumpets and the sound of the horn make a joyful noise before the King, the LORD! with trumpets and the blast of the ram’s horn— shout for joy before the LORD, the King.
7 The sea and its fullness roar, || The world and the inhabitants in it. Let the sea roar, and all that fills it; the world and those who dwell in it! Let the sea resound, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.
8 Floods clap hand, together hills cry aloud, Let the rivers clap their hands; let the hills sing for joy together Let the rivers clap their hands, let the mountains sing together for joy;
9 Before YHWH, || For He has come to judge the earth, || He judges the world in righteousness, || And the people in uprightness! before the LORD, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity. let them sing before the LORD, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples with equity.
