For the one directing. A Song. A Psalm. Shout to God, all the earth! Shout for joy to God, all the earth; For the director of music. A song. A psalm. Shout for joy to God, all the earth!
Sing forth the glory of His name; make glorious His praise! sing the glory of his name; give to him glorious praise! Sing the glory of his name; make his praise glorious.
Say to God, “How awesome are Your works! In the abundance of Your might, Your enemies feign obedience to You. Say to God, “How awesome are your deeds! So great is your power that your enemies come cringing to you. Say to God, “How awesome are your deeds! So great is your power that your enemies cringe before you.
All the earth will bow down to You and will sing to You—they will sing praises to Your name.” Selah All the earth worships you and sings praises to you; they sing praises to your name.” Selah All the earth bows down to you; they sing praise to you, they sing the praises of your name.”
Come and see the works of God, being fearsome in His dealing with the sons of man. Come and see what God has done: he is awesome in his deeds toward the children of man. Come and see what God has done, his awesome deeds for mankind!
He turned the sea to dry land; through the river they passed over on foot. There we rejoiced in Him, He turned the sea into dry land; they passed through the river on foot. There did we rejoice in him, He turned the sea into dry land, they passed through the waters on foot— come, let us rejoice in him.
ruling in His might forever; His eyes keep watch on the nations; let those rebelling not lift themselves high. Selah who rules by his might forever, whose eyes keep watch on the nations— let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah He rules forever by his power, his eyes watch the nations— let not the rebellious rise up against him.
bless our God, O peoples, and make heard the voice of His praise— Bless our God, O peoples; let the sound of his praise be heard, Praise our God, all peoples, let the sound of his praise be heard;
the One putting our soul among the living and not having given our feet to slip. who has kept our soul among the living and has not let our feet slip. he has preserved our lives and kept our feet from slipping.
For You have tested us, O God; You have refined us like the refining of silver. For you, O God, have tested us; you have tried us as silver is tried. For you, God, tested us; you refined us like silver.
You have brought us into a net; You have placed pressure on our backs. You brought us into the net; you laid a crushing burden on our backs; You brought us into prison and laid burdens on our backs.
You have caused man to ride over our heads; we came into the fire and into the water, and You brought us forth to a watered place. you let men ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water; yet you have brought us out to a place of abundance. You let people ride over our heads; we went through fire and water, but you brought us to a place of abundance.
I will come into your house with burnt offerings; I will fulfill to You my vows, I will come into your house with burnt offerings; I will perform my vows to you, I will come to your temple with burnt offerings and fulfill my vows to you—
for which my lips have opened, and my mouth has spoken in the distress for me. that which my lips uttered and my mouth promised when I was in trouble. vows my lips promised and my mouth spoke when I was in trouble.
Burnt offerings of fatlings I will offer to You, with the fragrant smoke of rams; I will offer of bulls with goats. Selah I will offer to you burnt offerings of fattened animals, with the smoke of the sacrifice of rams; I will make an offering of bulls and goats. Selah I will sacrifice fat animals to you and an offering of rams; I will offer bulls and goats.
Come, listen, all who fear God, and I will recount what He has done for my soul. Come and hear, all you who fear God, and I will tell what he has done for my soul. Come and hear, all you who fear God; let me tell you what he has done for me.
With my mouth I called out to Him, and He was praised under my tongue. I cried to him with my mouth, and high praise was on my tongue. I cried out to him with my mouth; his praise was on my tongue.
If I had seen iniquity in my heart, the Lord would not have listened. If I had cherished iniquity in my heart, the Lord would not have listened. If I had cherished sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened;
Surely God has heard; He has attended to the voice of my prayer. But truly God has listened; he has attended to the voice of my prayer. but God has surely listened and has heard my prayer.
Blessed be God, who has not turned aside my prayer, or His loving devotion from me. Blessed be God, because he has not rejected my prayer or removed his steadfast love from me! Praise be to God, who has not rejected my prayer or withheld his love from me!
