NOT unto us, O LORD, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory for thy mercy and for thy truth's sake. Not to us, O LORD, not to us, but to your name give glory, for the sake of your steadfast love and your faithfulness! Not to us, LORD, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness.
Wherefore the Gentiles have no cause to say, Where is now their God? Why should the nations say, “Where is their God?” Why do the nations say, “Where is their God?”
But our God is in the heavens; he has done whatever he pleased. Our God is in the heavens; he does all that he pleases. Our God is in heaven; he does whatever pleases him.
The idols of the Gentiles are silver and gold, the work of men's hands. Their idols are silver and gold, the work of human hands. But their idols are silver and gold, made by human hands.
They have mouths, but they speak not; eyes have they, but they see not; They have mouths, but do not speak; eyes, but do not see. They have mouths, but cannot speak, eyes, but cannot see.
They have ears, but they hear not; noses have they, but they smell not; They have ears, but do not hear; noses, but do not smell. They have ears, but cannot hear, noses, but cannot smell.
They have hands, but they feel not; feet have they, but they walk not; neither speak they through their throats. They have hands, but do not feel; feet, but do not walk; and they do not make a sound in their throat. They have hands, but cannot feel, feet, but cannot walk, nor can they utter a sound with their throats.
Let them that make them become like them; and every one that trusts in them. Those who make them become like them; so do all who trust in them. Those who make them will be like them, and so will all who trust in them.
The house of Israel trusts in the LORD; he is their help and their shield. O Israel, trust in the LORD! He is their help and their shield. All you Israelites, trust in the LORD— he is their help and shield.
The house of Aaron trusts in the LORD; he is their help and their shield. O house of Aaron, trust in the LORD! He is their help and their shield. House of Aaron, trust in the LORD— he is their help and shield.
You who reverence the LORD, trust in the LORD; he is their help and their shield. You who fear the LORD, trust in the LORD! He is their help and their shield. You who fear him, trust in the LORD— he is their help and shield.
The LORD has been mindful of us; he will bless us; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron. The LORD has remembered us; he will bless us; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron; The LORD remembers us and will bless us: He will bless his people Israel, he will bless the house of Aaron,
The LORD will bless them that worship him, both small and great. he will bless those who fear the LORD, both the small and the great. he will bless those who fear the LORD— small and great alike.
The LORD will increase you more and more, you and your children. May the LORD give you increase, you and your children! May the LORD cause you to flourish, both you and your children.
You are blessed of the LORD who made heaven and earth. May you be blessed by the LORD, who made heaven and earth! May you be blessed by the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
The heavens, even the heavens, are the LORD'S; but the earth has he given to the children of men. The heavens are the LORD’s heavens, but the earth he has given to the children of man. The highest heavens belong to the LORD, but the earth he has given to mankind.
The dead praise not the LORD, neither any that go down into darkness. The dead do not praise the LORD, nor do any who go down into silence. It is not the dead who praise the LORD, those who go down to the place of silence;
But we will bless the LORD from this time forth and for evermore. Praise the LORD. But we will bless the LORD from this time forth and forevermore. Praise the LORD! it is we who extol the LORD, both now and forevermore. Praise the LORD.
