A Psalm of David. An utterance of YHWH to my Lord: “Sit at My right hand, until I make your enemies a footstool for Your feet.” The LORD says to my Lord: “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.” Of David. A psalm. The LORD says to my lord: “Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.”
YHWH sends forth the rod of your strength from Zion: “Rule in the midst of Your enemies!” The LORD sends forth from Zion your mighty scepter. Rule in the midst of your enemies! The LORD will extend your mighty scepter from Zion, saying, “Rule in the midst of your enemies!”
Your people are freewill offerings in the day of your might, in the splendors of holiness; from the womb of the morning, the dew of your youth is unto you. Your people will offer themselves freely on the day of your power, in holy garments; from the womb of the morning, the dew of your youth will be yours. Your troops will be willing on your day of battle. Arrayed in holy splendor, your young men will come to you like dew from the morning’s womb.
YHWH has sworn, and He will not change His mind: “You are a priest forever, according to the order of Melchizedek.” The LORD has sworn and will not change his mind, “You are a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.” The LORD has sworn and will not change his mind: “You are a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.”
My Lord is at Your right hand; he will shatter kings in the day of his anger; The Lord is at your right hand; he will shatter kings on the day of his wrath. The Lord is at your right hand; he will crush kings on the day of his wrath.
He will judge among the nations, he will fill it with corpses; he will wound the head of many lands; He will execute judgment among the nations, filling them with corpses; he will shatter chiefs over the wide earth. He will judge the nations, heaping up the dead and crushing the rulers of the whole earth.
from the brook by the way He will drink. By this He will lift up the head. He will drink from the brook by the way; therefore he will lift up his head. He will drink from a brook along the way, and so he will lift his head high.
