3 And if anyone should say anything to you⁺, you⁺ will say that the Lord has need of them, and immediately he will send them.” If anyone says anything to you, you shall say, ‘The Lord needs them,’ and he will send them at once.” If anyone says anything to you, say that the Lord needs them, and he will send them right away.”
4 And this came to pass so that it might be fulfilled, that having been spoken through the prophet, saying, This took place to fulfill what was spoken by the prophet, saying, This took place to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet:
5 “Say to the daughter of Zion, ‘Behold, your King comes to you, gentle and mounted on a donkey, and on a colt, the foal of a beast of burden.’” “Say to the daughter of Zion, ‘Behold, your king is coming to you, humble, and mounted on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a beast of burden.’” “Say to Daughter Zion, ‘See, your king comes to you, gentle and riding on a donkey, and on a colt, the foal of a donkey.’”
6 And the disciples, having gone and having done as Jesus directed them, The disciples went and did as Jesus had directed them. The disciples went and did as Jesus had instructed them.

Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!” The crowds that went ahead of him and those that followed shouted, “Hosanna to the Son of David!” “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Hosanna in the highest heaven!”
10 And on His having entered into Jerusalem, all the city was shaken, saying, “Who is this?” And when he entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred up, saying, “Who is this?” When Jesus entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred and asked, “Who is this?”
11 And the crowds were saying, “This is the prophet, Jesus, the One from Nazareth of Galilee.” And the crowds said, “This is the prophet Jesus, from Nazareth of Galilee.” The crowds answered, “This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth in Galilee.”
12 And Jesus entered into the temple and cast out all those selling and buying in the temple. And He overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those selling the doves. And Jesus entered the temple and drove out all who sold and bought in the temple, and he overturned the tables of the money-changers and the seats of those who sold pigeons. Jesus entered the temple courts and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves.
13 And He says to them, “It has been written: ‘My house will be called a house of prayer.’ But you⁺ are making it ‘a den of robbers.’” He said to them, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you make it a den of robbers.” “It is written,” he said to them, “’My house will be called a house of prayer,’ but you are making it ‘a den of robbers.’”
14 And the blind and the lame came to Him in the temple, and He healed them. And the blind and the lame came to him in the temple, and he healed them. The blind and the lame came to him at the temple, and he healed them.
15 But the chief priests and the scribes, having seen the wonders that He did and the children crying out in the temple and saying, “Hosanna to the Son of David,” were indignant. But when the chief priests and the scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying out in the temple, “Hosanna to the Son of David!” they were indignant, But when the chief priests and the teachers of the law saw the wonderful things he did and the children shouting in the temple courts, “Hosanna to the Son of David,” they were indignant.
16 And they said to Him, “Do You hear what these say?” And Jesus says to them, “Yes. Did you⁺ never read: ‘Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings You prepared praise’?” and they said to him, “Do you hear what these are saying?” And Jesus said to them, “Yes; have you never read, “‘Out of the mouth of infants and nursing babies you have prepared praise’?” “Do you hear what these children are saying?” they asked him. “Yes,” replied Jesus, “have you never read, “’From the lips of children and infants you, Lord, have called forth your praise’?”
17 And having left them, He went out of the city to Bethany, and He lodged there. And leaving them, he went out of the city to Bethany and lodged there. And he left them and went out of the city to Bethany, where he spent the night.
18 And in the morning, having come back into the city, He was hungry. In the morning, as he was returning to the city, he became hungry. Early in the morning, as Jesus was on his way back to the city, he was hungry.
19 And having seen one fig tree on the way, He went to it and found nothing on it except leaves. And He says to it, “Never let there be anymore fruit out of you, to the age!” And the fig tree withered immediately. And seeing a fig tree by the wayside, he went to it and found nothing on it but only leaves. And he said to it, “May no fruit ever come from you again!” And the fig tree withered at once. Seeing a fig tree by the road, he went up to it but found nothing on it except leaves. Then he said to it, “May you never bear fruit again!” Immediately the tree withered.
20 And having seen it, the disciples marveled, saying, “How did the fig tree wither immediately?” When the disciples saw it, they marveled, saying, “How did the fig tree wither at once?” When the disciples saw this, they were amazed. “How did the fig tree wither so quickly?” they asked.
21 And answering, Jesus said to them, “Truly I say to you⁺, if you⁺ shall have faith and not doubt, you⁺ will do not only this of the fig tree, but even if you⁺ should say to this mountain, ‘Be taken away and be cast into the sea,’ it will come to pass. And Jesus answered them, “Truly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ it will happen. Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done.
22 And all things, as many as you⁺ might ask in prayer, believing, you⁺ will receive.” And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.” If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”
