6 Ἔτι ἕνα εἶχεν υἱὸν ἀγαπητόν ἀπέστειλεν αὐτὸν ἔσχατον πρὸς αὐτοὺς λέγων ὅτι Ἐντραπήσονται τὸν υἱόν μου He had still one other, a beloved son. Finally he sent him to them, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’ “He had one left to send, a son, whom he loved. He sent him last of all, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’
7 Ἐκεῖνοι δὲ οἱ γεωργοὶ πρὸς ἑαυτοὺς εἶπαν ὅτι Οὗτός ἐστιν κληρονόμος δεῦτε ἀποκτείνωμεν αὐτόν καὶ ἡμῶν ἔσται κληρονομία But those tenants said to one another, ‘This is the heir. Come, let us kill him, and the inheritance will be ours.’ “But the tenants said to one another, ‘This is the heir. Come, let’s kill him, and the inheritance will be ours.’
8 καὶ λαβόντες ἀπέκτειναν αὐτόν καὶ ἐξέβαλον αὐτὸν ἔξω τοῦ ἀμπελῶνος And they took him and killed him and threw him out of the vineyard. So they took him and killed him, and threw him out of the vineyard.
