1 When any one shall offer an oblation of sacrifice to the Lord, his offering shall be of fine flour, and he shall pour oil upon it, and put frankincense, “When anyone brings a grain offering as an offering to the LORD, his offering shall be of fine flour. He shall pour oil on it and put frankincense on it “’When anyone brings a grain offering to the LORD, their offering is to be of the finest flour. They are to pour olive oil on it, put incense on it
2 And shall bring it to the sons of Aaron the priests: and one of them shall take a handful of the flour and oil, and all the frankincense, and shall put it a memorial upon the altar for a most sweet savour to the Lord. and bring it to Aaron’s sons the priests. And he shall take from it a handful of the fine flour and oil, with all of its frankincense, and the priest shall burn this as its memorial portion on the altar, a food offering with a pleasing aroma to the LORD. and take it to Aaron’s sons the priests. The priest shall take a handful of the flour and oil, together with all the incense, and burn this as a memorial portion on the altar, a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the LORD.
3 And the remnant of the sacrifice shall be Aaron's, and his sons', holy of holies of the offerings of the Lord. But the rest of the grain offering shall be for Aaron and his sons; it is a most holy part of the LORD’s food offerings. The rest of the grain offering belongs to Aaron and his sons; it is a most holy part of the food offerings presented to the LORD.
4 But when thou offerest a sacrifice baked in the oven of flour, to wit, loaves without leaven, tempered with oil, and unleavened wafers, anointed with oil: “When you bring a grain offering baked in the oven as an offering, it shall be unleavened loaves of fine flour mixed with oil or unleavened wafers smeared with oil. “’If you bring a grain offering baked in an oven, it is to consist of the finest flour: either thick loaves made without yeast and with olive oil mixed in or thin loaves made without yeast and brushed with olive oil.
5 If thy oblation be from the fryingpan, of flour tempered with oil, and without leaven, And if your offering is a grain offering baked on a griddle, it shall be of fine flour unleavened, mixed with oil. If your grain offering is prepared on a griddle, it is to be made of the finest flour mixed with oil, and without yeast.
6 Thou shalt divide it into little pieces, and shalt pour oil upon it. You shall break it in pieces and pour oil on it; it is a grain offering. Crumble it and pour oil on it; it is a grain offering.
7 And if the sacrifice be from the gridiron, in like manner the flour shall be tempered with oil: And if your offering is a grain offering cooked in a pan, it shall be made of fine flour with oil. If your grain offering is cooked in a pan, it is to be made of the finest flour and some olive oil.
8 And when thou offerest it to the Lord, thou shalt deliver it to the hands of the priest. And you shall bring the grain offering that is made of these things to the LORD, and when it is presented to the priest, he shall bring it to the altar. Bring the grain offering made of these things to the LORD; present it to the priest, who shall take it to the altar.
9 And when he hath offered it, he shall take a memorial out of the sacrifice, and burn it upon the altar for a sweet savour to the Lord. And the priest shall take from the grain offering its memorial portion and burn this on the altar, a food offering with a pleasing aroma to the LORD. He shall take out the memorial portion from the grain offering and burn it on the altar as a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the LORD.
10 And whatsoever is left, shall be Aaron's, and his sons', holy of holies of the offerings of the Lord. 11 Every oblation that is offered to the Lord shall be made without leaven, neither shall any leaven or honey be burnt in the sacrifice to the Lord. “No grain offering that you bring to the LORD shall be made with leaven, for you shall burn no leaven nor any honey as a food offering to the LORD. “’Every grain offering you bring to the LORD must be made without yeast, for you are not to burn any yeast or honey in a food offering presented to the LORD.
12 You shall offer only the firstfruits of them and gifts: but they shall not be put upon the altar, for a savour of sweetness, As an offering of firstfruits you may bring them to the LORD, but they shall not be offered on the altar for a pleasing aroma. You may bring them to the LORD as an offering of the firstfruits, but they are not to be offered on the altar as a pleasing aroma.
13 Whatsoever sacrifice thou offerest, thou shalt season it with salt, neither shalt thou take away the salt of the covenant of thy God from thy sacrifice. In all thy oblations thou shalt offer salt. You shall season all your grain offerings with salt. You shall not let the salt of the covenant with your God be missing from your grain offering; with all your offerings you shall offer salt. Season all your grain offerings with salt. Do not leave the salt of the covenant of your God out of your grain offerings; add salt to all your offerings.
14 But if thou offer a gift of the firstfruits of thy corn to the Lord, of the ears yet green, thou shalt dry it at the fire, and break it small like meal, and so shalt thou offer thy firstfruits to the Lord, “If you offer a grain offering of firstfruits to the LORD, you shall offer for the grain offering of your firstfruits fresh ears, roasted with fire, crushed new grain. “’If you bring a grain offering of firstfruits to the LORD, offer crushed heads of new grain roasted in the fire.
15 Pouring oil upon it and putting on frankincense, because it is the oblation of the Lord. And you shall put oil on it and lay frankincense on it; it is a grain offering. Put oil and incense on it; it is a grain offering.
16 Whereof the priest shall burn for a memorial of the gift, part of the corn broken small and of the oil, and all the frankincense. And the priest shall burn as its memorial portion some of the crushed grain and some of the oil with all of its frankincense; it is a food offering to the LORD. The priest shall burn the memorial portion of the crushed grain and the oil, together with all the incense, as a food offering presented to the LORD.
