Aristarchus, a Macedonian from Thessalonica, was with us. | |
| 3 | Τῇ τε ἑτέρᾳ κατήχθημεν εἰς Σιδῶνα φιλανθρώπως τε ὁ Ἰούλιος τῷ Παύλῳ χρησάμενος ἐπέτρεψεν πρὸς τοὺς φίλους πορευθέντι ἐπιμελείας τυχεῖν | The next day we put in at Sidon. And Julius treated Paul kindly and gave him leave to go to his friends and be cared for. | The next day we landed at Sidon; and Julius, in kindness to Paul, allowed him to go to his friends so they might provide for his needs. | |
