| 2Day unto day utters speech, And night unto night reveals knowledge. | 2Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. |
| 3There is no speech nor language Where their voice is not heard. | 3They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them. |
| 4Their line has gone out through all the earth, And their words to the end of the world. In them He has set a tabernacle for the sun, | 4Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world. In the heavens God has pitched a tent for the sun. |
| 5Which is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, And rejoices like a strong man to run its race. | 5It is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, like a champion rejoicing to run his course. |

| 9The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever; The judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether. | 9The fear of the LORD is pure, enduring forever. The decrees of the LORD are firm, and all of them are righteous. |
