[an error occurred while processing this directive]1The LORD answered Job:
[an error occurred while processing this directive]2Will the one who contends with the Almighty correct Him? Let him who argues with God give an answer.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]3Then Job answered the LORD:
[an error occurred while processing this directive]4I am so insignificant. How can I answer You? I place my hand over my mouth.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]5I have spoken once, and I will not reply; twice, but now I can add nothing.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]6Then the LORD answered Job from the whirlwind:
[an error occurred while processing this directive]7Get ready to answer Me like a man; When I question you, you will inform Me.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]8Would you really challenge My justice? Would you declare Me guilty to justify yourself?
[an error occurred while processing this directive]9Do you have an arm like God's? Can you thunder with a voice like His?
[an error occurred while processing this directive]10Adorn yourself with majesty and splendor, and clothe yourself with honor and glory.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]11Unleash your raging anger; look on every proud person and humiliate him.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]12Look on every proud person and humble him; trample the wicked where they stand.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]13Hide them together in the dust; imprison them in the grave.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]14Then I will confess to you that your own right hand can deliver you.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]15Look at Behemoth, which I made along with you. He eats grass like an ox.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]16Look at the strength of his loins and the power in the muscles of his belly.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]17He stiffens his tail like a cedar tree; the tendons of his thighs are woven firmly together.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]18His bones are bronze tubes; his limbs are like iron rods.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]19He is the foremost of God's works; only his Maker can draw the sword against him.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]20The hills yield food for him, while all sorts of wild animals play there.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]21He lies under the lotus plants, hiding in the protection of marshy reeds.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]22Lotus plants cover him with their shade; the willows by the brook surround him.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]23Though the river rages, Behemoth is unafraid; he remains confident, even if the Jordan surges up to his mouth.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]24Can anyone capture him while he looks on, or pierce his nose with snares?
