II. יון (√ of following, meaning unknown; יוֺנָה according to LagArmen. Stud. 7. 53; M. i. 228 = Persian wanâ but improbably; Sta§ 259 a conjectures יוֺנָה to be from אָנָה mourn, so DlPa 157).
