V. to make one known, i. e.) disclose who and what he is, Matthew 12:16; Mark 3:12; εἰς φανερόν ἐλθεῖν, to come to light, come to open view, Mark 4:22; Luke 8:17; ἐν τῷ φανερῷ, in public, openly (opposed to ἐν τῷ κρύπτω), Matthew 6:4 Rec., 6 R G, (Matthew 6:18 Rec.); Romans 2:28 (here A.
