Psalms 115:4-18 ▼

4 Their idols are silver and gold, the work of the hands of man.

5 A mouth is unto them, and they do not speak; eyes are unto them, and they do not see;

6 ears are unto them, and they do not hear; noses are unto them, and they do not smell;

7 they have hands and they do not feel; they have feet and they do not walk; and they do not utter by their throat.

8 Those making them shall be like them, everyone who is trusting in them.

9 O Israel, trust in YHWH! And He is their help and their shield.

10 O House of Aaron, trust in YHWH! And He is their help and their shield.

11 O fearers of YHWH, trust in YHWH! He is their help and their shield.

12 YHWH has remembered us; He will bless; He will bless the house of Israel, He will bless the house of Aaron.

13 He will bless those fearing YHWH, the small with the great.

14 YHWH adds to you⁺—to you⁺ and to your⁺ sons!

15 May you⁺ be blessed by YHWH, maker of the heavens and the earth!

16 The heavens of the heavens are unto YHWH, and the earth He has given to the sons of man.

17 The dead do not praise YAH, and not any of those going down into silence.

18 And we will bless YAH, from now and even to forever. Hallelu YAH!
