Par

Now the feast of unleavened bread, which is called the Passover, was drawing near;

and the high priests and scribes were seeking how they might put Him to death; for they were fearing the people.

And Satan entered into Judas, the one called Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve;

and, departing, he consulted with the high priests and captains, how he might deliver Him up to them.

And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money.

And he agreed, and was seeking an opportunity to deliver Him up to them, in the absence of a multitude.

And the day of unleavened bread came, on which the passover must be sacrificed.

And He sent Peter and John, saying, "Going forth, make ready for us the passover, that we may eat."
