For the Leader. A Song, a Psalm. Shout unto God, all the earth; Shout for joy to God, all the earth; For the director of music. A song. A psalm. Shout for joy to God, all the earth!
Sing praises unto the glory of His name; Make His praise glorious. sing the glory of his name; give to him glorious praise! Sing the glory of his name; make his praise glorious.
Say unto God: 'How tremendous is Thy work! Through the greatness of Thy power shall Thine enemies dwindle away before Thee. Say to God, “How awesome are your deeds! So great is your power that your enemies come cringing to you. Say to God, “How awesome are your deeds! So great is your power that your enemies cringe before you.
All the earth shall worship Thee, And shall sing praises unto Thee; They shall sing praises to Thy name.' Selah All the earth worships you and sings praises to you; they sing praises to your name.” Selah All the earth bows down to you; they sing praise to you, they sing the praises of your name.”
Come, and see the works of God; He is terrible in His doing toward the children of men. Come and see what God has done: he is awesome in his deeds toward the children of man. Come and see what God has done, his awesome deeds for mankind!
He turned the sea into dry land; They went through the river on foot; There let us rejoice in Him! He turned the sea into dry land; they passed through the river on foot. There did we rejoice in him, He turned the sea into dry land, they passed through the waters on foot— come, let us rejoice in him.
Who ruleth by His might for ever; His eyes keep watch upon the nations; Let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah who rules by his might forever, whose eyes keep watch on the nations— let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah He rules forever by his power, his eyes watch the nations— let not the rebellious rise up against him.
Bless our God, ye peoples, And make the voice of His praise to be heard; Bless our God, O peoples; let the sound of his praise be heard, Praise our God, all peoples, let the sound of his praise be heard;
Who hath set our soul in life, And suffered not our foot to be moved, who has kept our soul among the living and has not let our feet slip. he has preserved our lives and kept our feet from slipping.
For Thou, O God, hast tried us; Thou hast refined us, as silver is refined. For you, O God, have tested us; you have tried us as silver is tried. For you, God, tested us; you refined us like silver.
Thou didst bring us into the hold; Thou didst lay constraint upon our loins. You brought us into the net; you laid a crushing burden on our backs; You brought us into prison and laid burdens on our backs.
Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; We went through fire and through water; But Thou didst bring us out unto abundance. you let men ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water; yet you have brought us out to a place of abundance. You let people ride over our heads; we went through fire and water, but you brought us to a place of abundance.
I will come into Thy house with burnt-offerings, I will perform unto Thee my vows, I will come into your house with burnt offerings; I will perform my vows to you, I will come to your temple with burnt offerings and fulfill my vows to you—
Which my lips have uttered, And my mouth hath spoken, when I was in distress. that which my lips uttered and my mouth promised when I was in trouble. vows my lips promised and my mouth spoke when I was in trouble.
I will offer unto Thee burnt-offerings of fatlings, With the sweet smoke of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. Selah I will offer to you burnt offerings of fattened animals, with the smoke of the sacrifice of rams; I will make an offering of bulls and goats. Selah I will sacrifice fat animals to you and an offering of rams; I will offer bulls and goats.
Come, and hearken, all ye that fear God, And I will declare what He hath done for my soul. Come and hear, all you who fear God, and I will tell what he has done for my soul. Come and hear, all you who fear God; let me tell you what he has done for me.
I cried unto Him with my mouth, And He was extolled with my tongue. I cried to him with my mouth, and high praise was on my tongue. I cried out to him with my mouth; his praise was on my tongue.
If I had regarded iniquity in my heart, The Lord would not hear; If I had cherished iniquity in my heart, the Lord would not have listened. If I had cherished sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened;
But verily God hath heard; He hath attended to the voice of my prayer. But truly God has listened; he has attended to the voice of my prayer. but God has surely listened and has heard my prayer.
Blessed be God, Who hath not turned away my prayer, nor His mercy from me. Blessed be God, because he has not rejected my prayer or removed his steadfast love from me! Praise be to God, who has not rejected my prayer or withheld his love from me!
