1	<V 112:1>Alleluia. Praise the Lord, children. Praise the name of the Lord.	Praise the LORD! Praise, O servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD!	Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD, you his servants; praise the name of the LORD.
2	<V 112:2>Blessed is the name of the Lord, from this time forward and even forever.	Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and forevermore!	Let the name of the LORD be praised, both now and forevermore.
3	<V 112:3>From the rising of the sun, even to its setting, praiseworthy is the name of the Lord.	From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the LORD is to be praised!	From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the LORD is to be praised.
4	<V 112:4>The Lord is high above all nations, and his glory is high above the heavens.	The LORD is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens!	The LORD is exalted over all the nations, his glory above the heavens.
5	<V 112:5>Who is like the Lord, our God, who dwells on high,	Who is like the LORD our God, who is seated on high,	Who is like the LORD our God, the One who sits enthroned on high,
6	<V 112:6>and who gazes upon the humble things in heaven and on earth?	who looks far down on the heavens and the earth?	who stoops down to look on the heavens and the earth?
7	<V 112:7>He lifts up the needy from the ground, and he urges the poor away from filth,	He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap,	He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap;
8	<V 112:8>so that he may place him with the leaders, with the leaders of his people.	to make them sit with princes, with the princes of his people.	he seats them with princes, with the princes of his people.
9	<V 112:9>He causes a barren woman to live in a house, as the joyful mother of sons.	He gives the barren woman a home, making her the joyous mother of children. Praise the LORD!	He settles the childless woman in her home as a happy mother of children. Praise the LORD.
