| 2 | כִּ֤י אֹ֣רֶךְ יָ֭מִים וּשְׁנ֣וֹת חַיִּ֑ים וְ֝שָׁל֗וֹם יוֹסִ֥יפוּ לָֽךְ׃ | for length of days and years of life and peace they will add to you. | for they will prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity. | |
| 3 | חֶ֥סֶד וֶאֱמֶ֗ת אַֽל־ יַעַ֫זְבֻ֥ךָ קָשְׁרֵ֥ם עַל־ גַּרְגְּרוֹתֶ֑יךָ כָּ֝תְבֵ֗ם עַל־ ל֥וּחַ לִבֶּֽךָ׃ | Let not steadfast love and faithfulness forsake you; bind them around your neck; write them on the tablet of your heart. | Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. | |

| 12 | כִּ֤י אֶ֥ת אֲשֶׁ֣ר יֶאֱהַ֣ב יְהוָ֣ה יוֹכִ֑יחַ וּ֝כְאָ֗ב אֶת־ בֵּ֥ן יִרְצֶֽה׃ | for the LORD reproves him whom he loves, as a father the son in whom he delights. | because the LORD disciplines those he loves, as a father the son he delights in. | |
