4 All this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through the prophet, saying, This took place to fulfill what was spoken by the prophet, saying, This took place to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet:
5 “Tell the daughter of Zion, behold, your King comes to you, humble, and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.” “Say to the daughter of Zion, ‘Behold, your king is coming to you, humble, and mounted on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a beast of burden.’” “Say to Daughter Zion, ‘See, your king comes to you, gentle and riding on a donkey, and on a colt, the foal of a donkey.’”

10 When he had come into Jerusalem, all the city was stirred up, saying, “Who is this?” And when he entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred up, saying, “Who is this?” When Jesus entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred and asked, “Who is this?”
11 The multitudes said, “This is the prophet, Jesus, from Nazareth of Galilee.” And the crowds said, “This is the prophet Jesus, from Nazareth of Galilee.” The crowds answered, “This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth in Galilee.”
12 Jesus entered into the temple of God and drove out all of those who sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the money changers’ tables and the seats of those who sold the doves. And Jesus entered the temple and drove out all who sold and bought in the temple, and he overturned the tables of the money-changers and the seats of those who sold pigeons. Jesus entered the temple courts and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves.
13 He said to them, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you have made it a den of robbers!” He said to them, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you make it a den of robbers.” “It is written,” he said to them, “’My house will be called a house of prayer,’ but you are making it ‘a den of robbers.’”
14 The lame and the blind came to him in the temple, and he healed them. And the blind and the lame came to him in the temple, and he healed them. The blind and the lame came to him at the temple, and he healed them.
15 But when the chief priests and the scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children who were crying in the temple and saying, “Hosanna to the son of David!” they were indignant, But when the chief priests and the scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying out in the temple, “Hosanna to the Son of David!” they were indignant, But when the chief priests and the teachers of the law saw the wonderful things he did and the children shouting in the temple courts, “Hosanna to the Son of David,” they were indignant.
16 and said to him, “Do you hear what these are saying?” Jesus said to them, “Yes. Did you never read, ‘Out of the mouth of children and nursing babies, you have perfected praise?’” and they said to him, “Do you hear what these are saying?” And Jesus said to them, “Yes; have you never read, “‘Out of the mouth of infants and nursing babies you have prepared praise’?” “Do you hear what these children are saying?” they asked him. “Yes,” replied Jesus, “have you never read, “’From the lips of children and infants you, Lord, have called forth your praise’?”
17 He left them and went out of the city to Bethany, and camped there. And leaving them, he went out of the city to Bethany and lodged there. And he left them and went out of the city to Bethany, where he spent the night.
18 Now in the morning, as he returned to the city, he was hungry. In the morning, as he was returning to the city, he became hungry. Early in the morning, as Jesus was on his way back to the city, he was hungry.
19 Seeing a fig tree by the road, he came to it and found nothing on it but leaves. He said to it, “Let there be no fruit from you forever!” Immediately the fig tree withered away. And seeing a fig tree by the wayside, he went to it and found nothing on it but only leaves. And he said to it, “May no fruit ever come from you again!” And the fig tree withered at once. Seeing a fig tree by the road, he went up to it but found nothing on it except leaves. Then he said to it, “May you never bear fruit again!” Immediately the tree withered.
20 When the disciples saw it, they marveled, saying, “How did the fig tree immediately wither away?” When the disciples saw it, they marveled, saying, “How did the fig tree wither at once?” When the disciples saw this, they were amazed. “How did the fig tree wither so quickly?” they asked.
21 Jesus answered them, “Most certainly I tell you, if you have faith and don’t doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you told this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ it would be done. And Jesus answered them, “Truly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ it will happen. Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done.
22 All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.” And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.” If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”
