Psalm 130
NLT Parallel NASB [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New Living TranslationNew American Standard Bible 1995
1From the depths of despair, O LORD, I call for your help.1A Song of Ascents. Out of the depths I have cried to You, O LORD.
2Hear my cry, O Lord. Pay attention to my prayer.2Lord, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive To the voice of my supplications.
3LORD, if you kept a record of our sins, who, O Lord, could ever survive?3If You, LORD, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand?
4But you offer forgiveness, that we might learn to fear you.4But there is forgiveness with You, That You may be feared.
5I am counting on the LORD; yes, I am counting on him. I have put my hope in his word.5I wait for the LORD, my soul does wait, And in His word do I hope.
6I long for the Lord more than sentries long for the dawn, yes, more than sentries long for the dawn.6My soul waits for the Lord More than the watchmen for the morning; Indeed, more than the watchmen for the morning.
7O Israel, hope in the LORD; for with the LORD there is unfailing love. His redemption overflows.7O Israel, hope in the LORD; For with the LORD there is lovingkindness, And with Him is abundant redemption.
8He himself will redeem Israel from every kind of sin.8And He will redeem Israel From all his iniquities.
