There were offsets all around the wall of the temple to serve as supports for the side chambers, so that they should not be supported by the wall of the temple. |
| 7As one went up from story to story, the side chambers became wider all around, because their supporting ledges in the wall of the temple ascended like steps; therefore the width of the structure increased as one went up from the lowest story to the highest by way of the middle one. | 7And it became broader as it wound upward to the side chambers, because the temple was enclosed upward all around the temple. Thus the temple had a broad area upward, and so one went up from the lowest story to the top story through the middle story. |
| 8I also saw an elevation all around the temple; it was the foundation of the side chambers, a full rod, that is, six cubits high. | 8I saw also that the temple had a raised platform all around; the foundations of the side chambers measured a full reed of six long cubits. |

| 18And it was made with cherubim and palm trees, a palm tree between cherub and cherub. Each cherub had two faces, | 18It was carved of cherubim and palm trees, a palm tree between cherub and cherub. Every cherub had two faces: |

| 25Cherubim and palm trees were carved on the doors of the temple just as they were carved on the walls. A wooden canopy was on the front of the vestibule outside. | 25And on the doors of the nave were carved cherubim and palm trees, such as were carved on the walls. And there was a canopy of wood in front of the vestibule outside. |
| 26There were beveled window frames and palm trees on one side and on the other, on the sides of the vestibule—also on the side chambers of the temple and on the canopies. | 26And there were narrow windows and palm trees on either side, on the sidewalls of the vestibule, the side chambers of the temple, and the canopies. |
