1Praise the LORD! Praise, you servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD! 1הַ֥לְלוּ יָ֨הּ ׀ הַ֭לְלוּ עַבְדֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה הַֽ֝לְלוּ אֶת־ שֵׁ֥ם יְהוָֽה׃
2May the LORD's name be praised now and forevermore! 2יְהִ֤י שֵׁ֣ם יְהוָ֣ה מְבֹרָ֑ךְ מֵֽ֝עַתָּ֗ה וְעַד־ עוֹלָֽם׃
3From east to west the LORD's name is deserving of praise. 3מִמִּזְרַח־ שֶׁ֥מֶשׁ עַד־ מְבוֹא֑וֹ מְ֝הֻלָּ֗ל שֵׁ֣ם יְהוָֽה׃
4The LORD is exalted over all the nations; his splendor reaches beyond the sky. 4רָ֖ם עַל־ כָּל־ גּוֹיִ֥ם ׀ יְהוָ֑ה עַ֖ל הַשָּׁמַ֣יִם כְּבוֹדֽוֹ׃
5Who can compare to the LORD our God, who sits on a high throne? 5מִ֭י כַּיהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵ֑ינוּ הַֽמַּגְבִּיהִ֥י לָשָֽׁבֶת׃
6He bends down to look at the sky and the earth. 6הַֽמַּשְׁפִּילִ֥י לִרְא֑וֹת בַּשָּׁמַ֥יִם וּבָאָֽרֶץ׃
7He raises the poor from the dirt, and lifts up the needy from the garbage pile, 7מְקִֽימִ֣י מֵעָפָ֣ר דָּ֑ל מֵֽ֝אַשְׁפֹּ֗ת יָרִ֥ים אֶבְיֽוֹן׃
8that he might seat him with princes, with the princes of his people. 8לְהוֹשִׁיבִ֥י עִם־ נְדִיבִ֑ים עִ֝֗ם נְדִיבֵ֥י עַמּֽוֹ׃
9He makes the barren woman of the family a happy mother of children. Praise the LORD! 9מֽוֹשִׁיבִ֨י ׀ עֲקֶ֬רֶת הַבַּ֗יִת אֵֽם־ הַבָּנִ֥ים שְׂמֵחָ֗ה הַֽלְלוּ־ יָֽהּ׃
