Psalm 130
HCSB Parallel ESV [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
Holman Christian Standard BibleEnglish Standard Version
1A song of ascents. Out of the depths I call to You, Yahweh! 1Out of the depths I cry to you, O LORD!
2Lord, listen to my voice; let Your ears be attentive to my cry for help. 2O Lord, hear my voice! Let your ears be attentive to the voice of my pleas for mercy!
3Yahweh, if You considered sins, Lord, who could stand? 3If you, O LORD, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand?
4But with You there is forgiveness, so that You may be revered. 4But with you there is forgiveness, that you may be feared.
5I wait for Yahweh; I wait and put my hope in His word. 5I wait for the LORD, my soul waits, and in his word I hope;
6I wait for the Lord more than watchmen for the morning-- more than watchmen for the morning. 6my soul waits for the Lord more than watchmen for the morning, more than watchmen for the morning.
7Israel, put your hope in the LORD. For there is faithful love with the LORD, and with Him is redemption in abundance. 7O Israel, hope in the LORD! For with the LORD there is steadfast love, and with him is plentiful redemption.
8And He will redeem Israel from all its sins. 8And he will redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
