Leviticus 27:11
Good News Translation
But if your vow concerns a ritually unclean animal, which is not acceptable as an offering to the LORD, you shall take the animal to the priest.

If it concerns any unclean animal that may not be brought as an offering to the LORD, the animal shall be presented before the priest.
