Leviticus 27:11
New Living Translation
If your vow involves an unclean animal—one that is not acceptable as an offering to the LORD—then you must bring the animal to the priest.

And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer an oblation unto Jehovah, then he shall set the beast before the priest;
