Spiritual transformation, often referred to as sanctification in Christian theology, is the process by which a believer is progressively conformed to the image of Jesus Christ. This transformation is a work of the Holy Spirit, who indwells believers and empowers them to live a life that reflects the character and holiness of God. It is both an instantaneous event and a lifelong process, beginning at the moment of salvation and continuing until the believer is fully glorified in the presence of God.

In Romans 12:2, the Apostle Paul exhorts believers: "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
