Humility involves recognizing one's limitations, acknowledging dependence on God, and valuing others above oneself. Biblical Examples

1. Jesus Christ: The ultimate example of humility in leadership is Jesus Christ. Philippians 2:5-8 states, "Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, existing in the form of God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but emptied Himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to death—even death on a cross." Jesus' life and ministry exemplified servant leadership, prioritizing the needs of others and submitting to the Father's will.

3. Fear of Vulnerability: Humility requires leaders to acknowledge their weaknesses and limitations, which can be perceived as vulnerability.
