The burden of the word of YHWH against the land of Hadrach, and Damascus its resting place—For unto YHWH is an eye on mankind, and on all the tribes of Israel—

and Hamath that borders on her, and Tyre and Sidon, though they are very wise.

And Tyre has built a tower for herself, and she has heaped up silver like the dust and gold like the mud of the streets.

Behold, the Lord will dispossess her, and cast her wealth into the sea, and she will be consumed by the fire!

Ashkelon will see and fear, and also Gaza will greatly writhe, and Ekron, for her expectation He has dried up. And the king will perish from Gaza, and Ashkelon will not be inhabited,

and a mixed race will dwell in Ashdod, and I will cut off the pride of the Philistines.

And I will turn away the blood from his mouth, and the abominations from between his teeth; and the one who remains, even he is unto our God, and he will be like a clan in Judah, and Ekron like a Jebusite.

And I will camp around My house as a guard against the one passing by and the one returning; and no oppressor will pass through them anymore, for now I look on with My own eyes!

Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King is coming to you; He is righteous and bearing salvation, lowly and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

And I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim and the horse from Jerusalem; and the bow of battle will be cut off, and He will speak peace to the nations, and His dominion is from sea to sea and from the River to the ends of the earth.
