1 A Psalm. A song for the dedication of the house of David. I will exalt You, O YHWH, for You have drawn me up, and You did not let my enemies rejoice over me. 2 O YHWH my God, I cried for help to You, and You healed me. 3 O YHWH, You have brought up my soul from Sheol; from my going down to the Pit, You have kept me alive. 4 Make music to YHWH, His faithful ones, and praise His holy name. 5 For a moment is His anger; for a lifetime is His favor. In the night lodges weeping, and in the morning, joy. 6 And I said in my prosperity, “I will not be shaken forever.” 7 O YHWH, by Your favor You made my mountain stand strong; You have hidden Your face—I was dismayed.
