1 Give thanks to YHWH, for He is good, for His loving devotion is forever! 2 Now let Israel say that His loving devotion is forever! 3 Now let the house of Aaron say that His loving devotion is forever! 4 Now let those fearing YHWH say that His loving devotion is forever! 5 In distress I called on YAH; YAH answered me in a broad place. 6 YHWH is with me; I will not fear—what can man do to me? 7 YHWH is with me as the One helping me; and I shall look on those hating me. 8 It is better to take refuge in YHWH, than to trust in man. 9 It is better to take refuge in YHWH, than to trust in princes.
