9 And behold, Jesus met them, saying, “Greetings!” And having come, they took hold of His feet and worshiped Him. 10 Then Jesus says to them, “Do not be afraid. Go, tell My brothers, so that they should go into Galilee. And there they will see Me.” 11 And in their going, behold, some of the guard, having gone into the city, reported to the chief priests all the things having come to pass. 12 And having been gathered together with the elders and having taken counsel, they gave many pieces of silver to the soldiers, 13 saying, “Say, ‘His disciples, having come by night, stole Him—we being asleep.’ 14 And if this is heard by the governor, we will persuade him, and we will keep you? out of trouble.” 15 And having taken the pieces of silver, they did as they were instructed. And this report was spread abroad among the Jews until the present day. 16 And the eleven disciples went into Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus assigned them. 17 And having seen Him, they worshiped; but some doubted. 18 And having come near, Jesus spoke to them, saying, “All authority in heaven and on the earth was given to Me. 19 Therefore, having gone, disciple all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things, as much as I commanded you?. And behold, I am with you? all the days, until the consummation of the age.” Matthew 28:9-20, Berean Literal Bible. Public domain.
