7 And the scribes and the Pharisees were closely watching Him, whether He heals on the Sabbath, so that they might find reason to accuse Him. 8 And He had known their reasonings, and He said to the man having the withered hand, “Arise and stand in the midst.” And having risen up, he stood. 9 Then Jesus said to them, “I ask you?, is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do evil, to save life or to destroy?” 10 And having looked around at them all, He said to him, “Stretch out your hand.” And he did, and his hand was restored. 11 And they were filled with madness, and they were discussing with one another what they might do to Jesus.
