1 And having looked up, He saw the ones casting their gifts into the treasury—the rich.

2 And He saw a certain poor widow casting there two lepta.

3 “And He said, “Truly I say to you? that this poor widow cast in more than all.

4 For these all cast in the gifts out of that which is abounding to them, but she out of her lack cast in all the livelihood that she had.”

5 And some speaking about the temple, that it was adorned with goodly stones and consecrated gifts, He said,

6 “These things that you? are beholding, the days will come in which not a stone will be left upon a stone that will not be thrown down.”
