It is not said of you any longer “Azubah”, and of your land it will not be said anymore “Shemamah”; but you will be called “Hephzibah”, and your land “Beulah.” For YHWH delights in you, and your land will be married.

For as a young man marries a virgin, your sons will marry you; and as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, your God will rejoice over you.

Upon your walls, O Jerusalem, I have appointed watchmen; all the day and all the night, continually, they will not be silent. You? who remember YHWH, no rest is unto you?;

and you? will not give rest to Him, until He establishes and until He makes Jerusalem the praise of the earth.

YHWH has sworn by His right hand, and by the arm of His strength: “Your grain I will give no more as food for your enemies, and the sons of the foreigner will not drink your new wine, which you have toiled over it!

For those who have gathered it will eat it and praise YHWH, and those harvesting will drink in My holy courts!”

Pass through, Pass through the gates! Turn out the way for the people; build up, build up the highway; clear out the rocks of stone; raise a banner for the nations!

Behold, YHWH has made it heard to the end of the earth: “Say to the daughter of Zion: Behold, your salvation is coming; behold, His reward is with Him and His recompense before His face!”

And they will call them “The Holy People”, “The Redeemed of YHWH”; and you will be called, “Sought Out, a City not Forsaken”.
