1 For the sake of Zion I will not be silent, and for the sake of Jerusalem I will not be quiet, until her righteousness goes forth like the brightness, and her salvation burns bright like a torch. 2 And the nations will see your righteousness, and all the kings your glory; and you will be called a new name, which the mouth of YHWH will designate. 3 And you will be a crown of glory in the hand of YHWH, and a turban of kingship in the hand of your God. 4 It is not said of you any longer “Azubah”, and of your land it will not be said anymore “Shemamah”; but you will be called “Hephzibah”, and your land “Beulah.” For YHWH delights in you, and your land will be married. 5 For as a young man marries a virgin, your sons will marry you; and as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, your God will rejoice over you. 6 Upon your walls, O Jerusalem, I have appointed watchmen; all the day and all the night, continually, they will not be silent. You? who remember YHWH, no rest is unto you?; 7 and you? will not give rest to Him, until He establishes and until He makes Jerusalem the praise of the earth. 8 YHWH has sworn by His right hand, and by the arm of His strength: “Your grain I will give no more as food for your enemies, and the sons of the foreigner will not drink your new wine, which you have toiled over it! 9 For those who have gathered it will eat it and praise YHWH, and those harvesting will drink in My holy courts!” Isaiah 62:1-9, Berean Literal Bible.
