Hence, holy brothers, partakers of a heavenly calling, carefully consider Jesus, the Apostle and High Priest of our confession,

being faithful to the One having appointed Him, as Moses also in all His house.

For this One has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, by as much as the one having built it has more honor than the house itself.

For every house is built by someone, but the One having built everything is God.

And indeed Moses was faithful as an attendant in all His house, for a testimony of the things going to be spoken,

but Christ as the Son over His house, whose house we are, if we should hold our confidence and the boast of our hope.

Therefore, just as the Holy Spirit says: “Today, if you? should hear His voice,

do not harden your? hearts, as in the rebellion, in the day of testing in the wilderness,

where forty years your? fathers tested Me by trial and saw My works.

Therefore I was angry with this generation, and I said, ‘Always they go astray in their heart; and did not know My ways;’

as I swore in My wrath, ‘They shall not enter into My rest.’”

See to it, brothers, lest ever there will be in any of you? an evil heart of unbelief in the falling away from the living God.

But encourage one another each day, as long as it is called today, so that not any of you? may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.

For we have become partakers of Christ, if indeed we should hold firm until the end the assurance from the beginning.
