Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I directed the assemblies of Galatia, so also do ye.

On the first day of the sabbaths, let each one of you lay by him, treasuring it up, as he may prosper, that no collections be made, when I come.

And, when I arrive, whomsoever ye may approve, the same will I send with letters to carry your bounty to Jerusalem;

and, if it be meet for me also to go, they shall go with me.

And I will come to you, when I shall have passed through Macedonia; for I pass through Macedonia:

and it may be that I will remain, or even winter with you , that you may send me forward, wherever I may go.

For I do not wish to see you now in passing; for I hope to remain sometime with you, if the Lord permit.

But I will remain at Ephesus until the Pentecost;

for a door, great and effectual, has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.
