1 Now concerning the collection that is for the saints, as I directed the churches of Galatia, so also you? are to do. 2 Every first of the week, let each one of you? put aside, treasuring up whatever he may be prospered in, so that when I might come, then there should be no collections. 3 And when I shall have arrived, whomever you? might approve, I will send these with letters to carry your? gracious gift to Jerusalem. 4 And if it may be worthy for me also to go, they will go with me. 5 But I will come to you? when I shall have gone through Macedonia, for I am going through Macedonia. 6 And perhaps I will stay with you?, or even I will winter, so that you? may send me forth wherever I may go. 7 For I do not want to see you? now in passing; for I hope to remain a certain time with you?, if the Lord might permit. 8 But I will remain in Ephesus until Pentecost. 9 For a door has opened to me, great and effective, and many are opposing. 1 Corinthians 16:1-9, Berean Literal Bible.
