1 O COME, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. Oh come, let us sing to the LORD; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation! Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.
2 Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, let us make a joyful noise unto him with psalms. Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise! Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song.
3 For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods. For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods. For the LORD is the great God, the great King above all gods.
4 In his hand are the deep places of the earth; the heights of the mountains are his also. In his hand are the depths of the earth; the heights of the mountains are his also. In his hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him.

10 Forty years long was I grieved with that generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways: For forty years I loathed that generation and said, “They are a people who go astray in their heart, and they have not known my ways.” For forty years I was angry with that generation; I said, ‘They are a people whose hearts go astray, and they have not known my ways.’
11 Wherefore I sware in my wrath, that they should not enter into my rest. Therefore I swore in my wrath, “They shall not enter my rest.” So I declared on oath in my anger, ‘They shall never enter my rest.’”
