And he will show you a large upper room furnished; prepare it there.” And he shall shew you a large upper room furnished: there make ready. For I tell you I will not eat it until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.” For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God. for I say to you, I shall not eat it again until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.” For I tell you, I will not eat it again until it finds fulfillment in the kingdom of God.”
After taking the cup, He gave thanks and said, “Take this and divide it among yourselves. And he took a cup, and when he had given thanks he said, “Take this, and divide it among yourselves. And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves: And when He had taken a cup and given thanks, He said, “Take this and share it among yourselves; After taking the cup, he gave thanks and said, “Take this and divide it among you.
For I tell you that I will not drink of the fruit of the vine from now on until the kingdom of God comes. Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you. And in the same way He took the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup, which is poured out for you, is the new covenant in My blood. 21 Look! The hand of My betrayer is with Mine on the table. But behold, the hand of him who betrays me is with me on the table. But, behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me is with me on the table. But behold, the hand of the one betraying Me is with Mine on the table. But the hand of him who is going to betray me is with mine on the table.
Indeed, the Son of Man will go as it has been determined, but woe to that man who betrays Him. For the Son of Man goes as it has been determined, but woe to that man by whom he is betrayed!” And truly the Son of man goeth, as it was determined: but woe unto that man by whom he is betrayed! For indeed, the Son of Man is going as it has been determined; but woe to that man by whom He is betrayed!” The Son of Man will go as it has been decreed. But woe to that man who betrays him!”
Then they began to question among themselves which of them was going to do this. And they began to question one another, which of them it could be who was going to do this. And they began to inquire among themselves, which of them it was that should do this thing. And they began to debate among themselves which one of them it was who was going to do this. They began to question among themselves which of them it might be who would do this.
A dispute also arose among the disciples as to which of them would be considered the greatest. A dispute also arose among them, as to which of them was to be regarded as the greatest. 25 So Jesus declared, “The kings of the Gentiles lord it over them, and those in authority over them call themselves benefactors. And he said to them, “The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them, and those in authority over them are called benefactors. And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors. 26 But you shall not be like them. Instead, the greatest among you should be like the youngest, and the one who leads like the one who serves. But not so with you. Rather, let the greatest among you become as the youngest, and the leader as one who serves. But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve. But it is not this way for you; rather, the one who is the greatest among you must become like the youngest, and the leader like the servant. But you are not to be like that. Instead, the greatest among you should be like the youngest, and the one who rules like the one who serves.
For who is greater, the one who reclines at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who reclines? But I am among you as one who serves. For who is the greater, one who reclines at table or one who serves? Is it not the one who reclines at table? But I am among you as the one who serves. For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am among you as he that serveth. For who is greater, the one who reclines at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who reclines at the table? But I am among you as the one who serves. For who is greater, the one who is at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who is at the table? But I am among you as one who serves.
You are the ones who have stood by Me in My trials. “You are those who have stayed with me in my trials, Ye are they which have continued with me in my temptations. “You are the ones who have stood by Me in My trials; You are those who have stood by me in my trials.
And I bestow on you a kingdom, just as My Father has bestowed one on Me, and I assign to you, as my Father assigned to me, a kingdom, And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me; and just as My Father has granted Me a kingdom, I grant you And I confer on you a kingdom, just as my Father conferred one on me,
so that you may eat and drink at My table in My kingdom, and sit on thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. that you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel. That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel. that you may eat and drink at My table in My kingdom, and you will sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel. so that you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom and sit on thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift each of you like wheat. “Simon, Simon, behold, Satan demanded to have you, that he might sift you like wheat, And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: “Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has demanded to sift you men like wheat; “Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift all of you as wheat.
But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith will not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers. but I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned again, strengthen your brothers.” But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren. but I have prayed for you, that your faith will not fail; and you, when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers.” But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers.”
“Lord, said Peter, “I am ready to go with You even to prison and to death. But he said to Him, “Lord, I am ready to go with You both to prison and to death!” But he replied, “Lord, I am ready to go with you to prison and to death.”
But Jesus replied, “I tell you, Peter, the rooster will not crow today until you have denied three times that you know Me. But He said, “I tell you, Peter, the rooster will not crow today until you have denied three times that you know Me.” Jesus answered, “I tell you, Peter, before the rooster crows today, you will deny three times that you know me.”
Then Jesus asked them, “When I sent you out without purse or bag or sandals, did you lack anything? “Nothing, they answered. And he said to them, “When I sent you out with no moneybag or knapsack or sandals, did you lack anything?” They said, “Nothing.” And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing. He said to them, “But now let the one who has a moneybag take it, and likewise a knapsack. And let the one who has no sword sell his cloak and buy one. Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one. And He said to them, “But now, whoever has a money belt is to take it along, likewise also a bag, and whoever has no sword is to sell his cloak and buy one. He said to them, “But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don’t have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one.
For I tell you that this Scripture must be fulfilled in Me: ‘And He was numbered with the transgressors.’ For what is written about Me is reaching its fulfillment. For I tell you that this Scripture must be fulfilled in me: ‘And he was numbered with the transgressors.’ For what is written about me has its fulfillment.” For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me, And he was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning me have an end. For I tell you that this which is written must be fulfilled in Me: ‘AND HE WAS COUNTED WITH WRONGDOERS’; for that which refers to Me has its fulfillment.” It is written: ‘And he was numbered with the transgressors’; and I tell you that this must be fulfilled in me. Yes, what is written about me is reaching its fulfillment.”

And He withdrew about a stone’s throw beyond them, where He knelt down and prayed, And he withdrew from them about a stone’s throw, and knelt down and prayed, And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed, And He withdrew from them about a stone’s throw, and He knelt down and began to pray, He withdrew about a stone’s throw beyond them, knelt down and prayed,
“Father, if You are willing, take this cup from Me. Yet not My will, but Yours be done. saying, “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.” Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. saying, “Father, if You are willing, remove this cup from Me; yet not My will, but Yours be done.” “Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done.”

“Why are you sleeping? He asked. “Get up and pray so that you will not enter into temptation. and he said to them, “Why are you sleeping? Rise and pray that you may not enter into temptation.” And said unto them, Why sleep ye? rise and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. and He said to them, “Why are you sleeping? Get up and pray that you do not come into temptation.” “Why are you sleeping?” he asked them. “Get up and pray so that you will not fall into temptation.”
While He was still speaking, a crowd arrived, led by the man called Judas, one of the Twelve. He approached Jesus to kiss Him. While he was still speaking, there came a crowd, and the man called Judas, one of the twelve, was leading them. He drew near to Jesus to kiss him, And while he yet spake, behold a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and drew near unto Jesus to kiss him. 48 But Jesus asked him, “Judas, are you betraying the Son of Man with a kiss? but Jesus said to him, “Judas, would you betray the Son of Man with a kiss?” But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss? But Jesus said to him, “Judas, are you betraying the Son of Man with a kiss?” but Jesus asked him, “Judas, are you betraying the Son of Man with a kiss?”
Those around Jesus saw what was about to happen and said, “Lord, should we strike with our swords? And when those who were around him saw what would follow, they said, “Lord, shall we strike with the sword?” When they which were about him saw what would follow, they said unto him, Lord, shall we smite with the sword? When those who were around Him saw what was going to happen, they said, “Lord, shall we strike with the sword?” When Jesus’ followers saw what was going to happen, they said, “Lord, should we strike with our swords?”

Then Jesus said unto the chief priests, and captains of the temple, and the elders, which were come to him, Be ye come out, as against a thief, with swords and staves? And Jesus said to the chief priests and officers of the temple and elders who had come against Him, “Have you come out with swords and clubs as you would against a man inciting a revolt? Then Jesus said to the chief priests, the officers of the temple guard, and the elders, who had come for him, “Am I leading a rebellion, that you have come with swords and clubs?
Every day I was with you in the temple courts, and you did not lay a hand on Me. But this hour belongs to you and to the power of darkness. When I was with you day after day in the temple, you did not lay hands on me. But this is your hour, and the power of darkness.” When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness. While I was with you daily in the temple, you did not lay hands on Me; but this hour and the power of darkness are yours.” Every day I was with you in the temple courts, and you did not lay a hand on me. But this is your hour—when darkness reigns.”
Then they seized Jesus, led Him away, and took Him into the house of the high priest. And Peter followed at a distance. Then they seized him and led him away, bringing him into the high priest’s house, and Peter was following at a distance. Then took they him, and led him, and brought him into the high priest's house. And Peter followed afar off. Now they arrested Him and led Him away, and brought Him to the house of the high priest; but Peter was following at a distance. And when they had kindled a fire in the middle of the courtyard and sat down together, Peter sat down among them. And when they had kindled a fire in the midst of the hall, and were set down together, Peter sat down among them. After they kindled a fire in the middle of the courtyard and sat down together, Peter was sitting among them. And when some there had kindled a fire in the middle of the courtyard and had sat down together, Peter sat down with them.
A servant girl saw him seated in the firelight and looked intently at him. “This man also was with Him, she said. Then a servant girl, seeing him as he sat in the light and looking closely at him, said, “This man also was with him.” But a certain maid beheld him as he sat by the fire, and earnestly looked upon him, and said, This man was also with him. And a slave woman, seeing him as he sat in the firelight, and staring at him, said, “This man was with Him as well.” A servant girl saw him seated there in the firelight. She looked closely at him and said, “This man was with him.”
But Peter denied it. “Woman, I do not know Him, he said. But he denied it, saying, “Woman, I do not know him.” And he denied him, saying, Woman, I know him not. But he denied it, saying, “I do not know Him, woman!” But he denied it. “Woman, I don’t know him,” he said.
A short time later, someone else saw him and said, “You also are one of them. But Peter said, “Man, I am not. And a little later someone else saw him and said, “You also are one of them.” But Peter said, “Man, I am not.” And after a little while another saw him, and said, Thou art also of them. And Peter said, Man, I am not. And a little later, another person saw him and said, “You are one of them too!” But Peter said, “Man, I am not!” A little later someone else saw him and said, “You also are one of them.” “Man, I am not!” Peter replied.
About an hour later, another man insisted, “Certainly this man was with Him, for he too is a Galilean. And after an interval of about an hour still another insisted, saying, “Certainly this man also was with him, for he too is a Galilean.” And about the space of one hour after another confidently affirmed, saying, Of a truth this fellow also was with him: for he is a Galilaean. And after about an hour had passed, some other man began to insist, saying, “Certainly this man also was with Him, for he, too, is a Galilean.” About an hour later another asserted, “Certainly this fellow was with him, for he is a Galilean.”
“Man, I do not know what you are talking about, Peter replied. While he was still speaking, the rooster crowed. But Peter said, “Man, I do not know what you are talking about.” And immediately, while he was still speaking, the rooster crowed. And Peter said, Man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately, while he yet spake, the cock crew. But Peter said, “Man, I do not know what you are talking about!” And immediately, while he was still speaking, a rooster crowed. Peter replied, “Man, I don’t know what you’re talking about!” Just as he was speaking, the rooster crowed.
And the Lord turned and looked at Peter. Then Peter remembered the word that the Lord had spoken to him: “Before the rooster crows today, you will deny Me three times. And the Lord turned and looked at Peter. And Peter remembered the saying of the Lord, how he had said to him, “Before the rooster crows today, you will deny me three times.” And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice. And then the Lord turned and looked at Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how He had told him, “Before a rooster crows today, you will deny Me three times.” The Lord turned and looked straight at Peter. Then Peter remembered the word the Lord had spoken to him: “Before the rooster crows today, you will disown me three times.”
And he went outside and wept bitterly. And he went out and wept bitterly. And Peter went out, and wept bitterly. And he went out and wept bitterly. And he went outside and wept bitterly.
The men who were holding Jesus began to mock Him and beat Him. Now the men who were holding Jesus in custody were mocking him as they beat him. And the men that held Jesus mocked him, and smote him. The men who were holding Jesus in custody began mocking Him and beating Him, The men who were guarding Jesus began mocking and beating him.
They blindfolded Him and kept demanding, “Prophesy! Who hit You? They also blindfolded him and kept asking him, “Prophesy! Who is it that struck you?” And when they had blindfolded him, they struck him on the face, and asked him, saying, Prophesy, who is it that smote thee? and they blindfolded Him and repeatedly asked Him, saying, “Prophesy, who is the one who hit You?” They blindfolded him and demanded, “Prophesy! Who hit you?”
And they said many other blasphemous things against Him. And they said many other things against him, blaspheming him. And many other things blasphemously spake they against him. And they were saying many other things against Him, blaspheming. And they said many other insulting things to him.
At daybreak the council of the elders of the people, both the chief priests and scribes, met together. They led Jesus into their Sanhedrin and said, When day came, the assembly of the elders of the people gathered together, both chief priests and scribes. And they led him away to their council, and they said, And as soon as it was day, the elders of the people and the chief priests and the scribes came together, and led him into their council, saying, When it was day, the Council of elders of the people assembled, both chief priests and scribes, and they led Him away to their council chamber, saying, At daybreak the council of the elders of the people, both the chief priests and the teachers of the law, met together, and Jesus was led before them.
“If You are the Christ, tell us. Jesus answered, “If I tell you, you will not believe. “If you are the Christ, tell us.” But he said to them, “If I tell you, you will not believe, Art thou the Christ? tell us. And he said unto them, If I tell you, ye will not believe: “If You are the Christ, tell us.” But He said to them, “If I tell you, you will not believe; “If you are the Messiah,” they said, “tell us.” Jesus answered, “If I tell you, you will not believe me,
And if I ask you a question, you will not answer. and if I ask you, you will not answer. And if I also ask you, ye will not answer me, nor let me go. and if I ask a question, you will not answer. and if I asked you, you would not answer.
But from now on the Son of Man will be seated at the right hand of the power of God.” But from now on the Son of Man shall be seated at the right hand of the power of God.” Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right hand of the power of God. But from now on the Son of Man will be seated at the right hand of the power of God.” But from now on, the Son of Man will be seated at the right hand of the mighty God.”
So they all asked, “Are You then the Son of God? He replied, “You say that I am. So they all said, “Are you the Son of God, then?” And he said to them, “You say that I am.” Then said they all, Art thou then the Son of God? And he said unto them, Ye say that I am. And they all said, “So You are the Son of God?” And He said to them, “You say correctly that I am.” They all asked, “Are you then the Son of God?” He replied, “You say that I am.”
“Why do we need any more testimony? they declared. “We have heard it for ourselves from His own lips. Then they said, “What further testimony do we need? We have heard it ourselves from his own lips.” And they said, What need we any further witness? for we ourselves have heard of his own mouth. And then they said, “What further need do we have of testimony? For we have heard it ourselves from His own mouth!” Then they said, “Why do we need any more testimony? We have heard it from his own lips.”
