2	וַיֵּ֕לֶךְ בְּדַרְכֵ֖י מַלְכֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וְגַ֧ם מַסֵּכ֛וֹת עָשָׂ֖ה לַבְּעָלִֽים׃	but he walked in the ways of the kings of Israel. He even made metal images for the Baals,	He followed the ways of the kings of Israel and also made idols for worshiping the Baals.
3	וְה֥וּא הִקְטִ֖יר בְּגֵ֣יא בֶן־ הִנֹּ֑ם וַיַּבְעֵ֤ר אֶת־ בָּנָיו֙ בָּאֵ֔שׁ כְּתֹֽעֲבוֹת֙ הַגּוֹיִ֔ם אֲשֶׁר֙ הֹרִ֣ישׁ יְהוָ֔ה מִפְּנֵ֖י בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃	and he made offerings in the Valley of the Son of Hinnom and burned his sons as an offering, according to the abominations of the nations whom the LORD drove out before the people of Israel.	He burned sacrifices in the Valley of Ben Hinnom and sacrificed his children in the fire, engaging in the detestable practices of the nations the LORD had driven out before the Israelites.
4	וַיְזַבֵּ֧חַ וַיְקַטֵּ֛ר בַּבָּמ֖וֹת וְעַל־ הַגְּבָע֑וֹת וְתַ֖חַת כָּל־ עֵ֥ץ רַעֲנָֽן׃	And he sacrificed and made offerings on the high places and on the hills and under every green tree.	He offered sacrifices and burned incense at the high places, on the hilltops and under every spreading tree.
