1	וְאֵ֤לֶּה הָיוּ֙ בְּנֵ֣י דָויִ֔ד‪‬ אֲשֶׁ֥ר נֽוֹלַד־ ל֖וֹ בְּחֶבְר֑וֹן הַבְּכ֣וֹר ׀ אַמְנֹ֗ן לַאֲחִינֹ֙עַם֙ הַיִּזְרְעֵאלִ֔ית שֵׁנִי֙ דָּנִיֵּ֔אל לַאֲבִיגַ֖יִל הַֽכַּרְמְלִֽית׃	These are the sons of David who were born to him in Hebron: the firstborn, Amnon, by Ahinoam the Jezreelite; the second, Daniel, by Abigail the Carmelite,	These were the sons of David born to him in Hebron: The firstborn was Amnon the son of Ahinoam of Jezreel; the second, Daniel the son of Abigail of Carmel;
2	הַשְּׁלִשִׁי֙ לְאַבְשָׁל֣וֹם בֶּֽן־ מַעֲכָ֔ה בַּת־ תַּלְמַ֖י מֶ֣לֶךְ גְּשׁ֑וּר הָרְבִיעִ֖י אֲדֹנִיָּ֥ה בֶן־ חַגִּֽית׃	the third, Absalom, whose mother was Maacah, the daughter of Talmai, king of Geshur; the fourth, Adonijah, whose mother was Haggith;	the third, Absalom the son of Maakah daughter of Talmai king of Geshur; the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith;
3	הַחֲמִישִׁ֥י שְׁפַטְיָ֖ה לַאֲבִיטָ֑ל הַשִּׁשִּׁ֥י יִתְרְעָ֖ם לְעֶגְלָ֥ה אִשְׁתּֽוֹ׃	the fifth, Shephatiah, by Abital; the sixth, Ithream, by his wife Eglah;	the fifth, Shephatiah the son of Abital; and the sixth, Ithream, by his wife Eglah.
4	שִׁשָּׁה֙ נֽוֹלַד־ ל֣וֹ בְחֶבְר֔וֹן וַיִּ֨מְלָךְ־ שָׁ֔ם שֶׁ֥בַע שָׁנִ֖ים וְשִׁשָּׁ֣ה חֳדָשִׁ֑ים וּשְׁלֹשִׁ֤ים וְשָׁלוֹשׁ֙ שָׁנָ֔ה מָלַ֖ךְ בִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ ס	six were born to him in Hebron, where he reigned for seven years and six months. And he reigned thirty-three years in Jerusalem.	These six were born to David in Hebron, where he reigned seven years and six months. David reigned in Jerusalem thirty-three years,
5	וְאֵ֥לֶּה נוּלְּדוּ־ ל֖וֹ בִּירוּשָׁלָ֑יִם שִׁ֠מְעָא וְשׁוֹבָ֞ב וְנָתָ֤ן וּשְׁלֹמֹה֙ אַרְבָּעָ֔ה לְבַת־ שׁ֖וּעַ בַּת־ עַמִּיאֵֽל׃	These were born to him in Jerusalem: Shimea, Shobab, Nathan and Solomon, four by Bath-shua, the daughter of Ammiel;	and these were the children born to him there: Shammua, Shobab, Nathan and Solomon. These four were by Bathsheba daughter of Ammiel.
6	וְיִבְחָ֥ר וֶאֱלִישָׁמָ֖ע וֶאֱלִיפָֽלֶט׃	then Ibhar, Elishama, Eliphelet,	There were also Ibhar, Elishua, Eliphelet,
7	וְנֹ֥גַהּ וְנֶ֖פֶג וְיָפִֽיעַ׃	Nogah, Nepheg, Japhia,	Nogah, Nepheg, Japhia,
8	וֶאֱלִישָׁמָ֧ע וְאֶלְיָדָ֛ע וֶאֱלִיפֶ֖לֶט תִּשְׁעָֽה׃	Elishama, Eliada, and Eliphelet, nine.	Elishama, Eliada and Eliphelet—nine in all.
9	כֹּ֖ל בְּנֵ֣י דָוִ֑יד מִלְּבַ֥ד בְּֽנֵי־ פִֽילַגְשִׁ֖ים וְתָמָ֥ר אֲחוֹתָֽם׃ פ	All these were David’s sons, besides the sons of the concubines, and Tamar was their sister.	All these were the sons of David, besides his sons by his concubines. And Tamar was their sister.
10	וּבֶן־ שְׁלֹמֹ֖ה רְחַבְעָ֑ם אֲבִיָּ֥ה בְנ֛וֹ אָסָ֥א בְנ֖וֹ יְהוֹשָׁפָ֥ט בְּנֽוֹ׃	The son of Solomon was Rehoboam, Abijah his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son,	Solomon’s son was Rehoboam, Abijah his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son,
11	יוֹרָ֥ם בְּנ֛וֹ אֲחַזְיָ֥הוּ בְנ֖וֹ יוֹאָ֥שׁ בְּנֽוֹ׃	Joram his son, Ahaziah his son, Joash his son,	Jehoram his son, Ahaziah his son, Joash his son,
12	אֲמַצְיָ֧הוּ בְנ֛וֹ עֲזַרְיָ֥ה בְנ֖וֹ יוֹתָ֥ם בְּנֽוֹ׃	Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son,	Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son,
13	אָחָ֥ז בְּנ֛וֹ חִזְקִיָּ֥הוּ בְנ֖וֹ מְנַשֶּׁ֥ה בְנֽוֹ׃	Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son,	Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son,
14	אָמ֥וֹן בְּנ֖וֹ יֹאשִׁיָּ֥הוּ בְנֽוֹ׃	Amon his son, Josiah his son.	Amon his son, Josiah his son.
15	וּבְנֵי֙ יֹאשִׁיָּ֔הוּ הַבְּכוֹר֙ יוֹחָנָ֔ן הַשֵּׁנִ֖י יְהוֹיָקִ֑ים הַשְּׁלִשִׁי֙ צִדְקִיָּ֔הוּ הָרְבִיעִ֖י שַׁלּֽוּם׃	The sons of Josiah: Johanan the firstborn, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.	The sons of Josiah: Johanan the firstborn, Jehoiakim the second son, Zedekiah the third, Shallum the fourth.
16	וּבְנֵ֖י יְהוֹיָקִ֑ים יְכָנְיָ֥ה בְנ֖וֹ צִדְקִיָּ֥ה בְנֽוֹ׃	The descendants of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, Zedekiah his son;	The successors of Jehoiakim: Jehoiachin his son, and Zedekiah.
17	וּבְנֵי֙ יְכָנְיָ֣ה אַסִּ֔ר שְׁאַלְתִּיאֵ֖ל בְּנֽוֹ׃	and the sons of Jeconiah, the captive: Shealtiel his son,	The descendants of Jehoiachin the captive: Shealtiel his son,
18	וּמַלְכִּירָ֥ם וּפְדָיָ֖ה וְשֶׁנְאַצַּ֑ר יְקַמְיָ֥ה הוֹשָׁמָ֖ע וּנְדַבְיָֽה׃	Malchiram, Pedaiah, Shenazzar, Jekamiah, Hoshama and Nedabiah;	Malkiram, Pedaiah, Shenazzar, Jekamiah, Hoshama and Nedabiah.
19	וּבְנֵ֣י פְדָיָ֔ה זְרֻבָּבֶ֖ל וְשִׁמְעִ֑י וּבֶן־ זְרֻבָּבֶל֙ מְשֻׁלָּ֣ם וַחֲנַנְיָ֔ה וּשְׁלֹמִ֖ית אֲחוֹתָֽם׃	and the sons of Pedaiah: Zerubbabel and Shimei; and the sons of Zerubbabel: Meshullam and Hananiah, and Shelomith was their sister;	The sons of Pedaiah: Zerubbabel and Shimei. The sons of Zerubbabel: Meshullam and Hananiah. Shelomith was their sister.
20	וַחֲשֻׁבָ֡ה וָ֠אֹהֶל וּבֶרֶכְיָ֧ה וַֽחֲסַדְיָ֛ה י֥וּשַׁב חֶ֖סֶד חָמֵֽשׁ׃	and Hashubah, Ohel, Berechiah, Hasadiah, and Jushab-hesed, five.	There were also five others: Hashubah, Ohel, Berekiah, Hasadiah and Jushab-Hesed.
21	וּבֶן־ חֲנַנְיָ֖ה פְּלַטְיָ֣ה וִישַֽׁעְיָ֑ה בְּנֵ֤י רְפָיָה֙ בְּנֵ֣י אַרְנָ֔ן בְּנֵ֥י עֹבַדְיָ֖ה בְּנֵ֥י שְׁכַנְיָֽה׃ ס	The sons of Hananiah: Pelatiah and Jeshaiah, his son Rephaiah, his son Arnan, his son Obadiah, his son Shecaniah.	The descendants of Hananiah: Pelatiah and Jeshaiah, and the sons of Rephaiah, of Arnan, of Obadiah and of Shekaniah.
22	וּבְנֵ֥י שְׁכַנְיָ֖ה שְׁמַעְיָ֑ה וּבְנֵ֣י שְׁמַעְיָ֗ה חַטּ֡וּשׁ וְ֠יִגְאָל וּבָרִ֧יחַ וּנְעַרְיָ֛ה וְשָׁפָ֖ט שִׁשָּֽׁה׃	The son of Shecaniah: Shemaiah. And the sons of Shemaiah: Hattush, Igal, Bariah, Neariah, and Shaphat, six.	The descendants of Shekaniah: Shemaiah and his sons: Hattush, Igal, Bariah, Neariah and Shaphat—six in all.
23	וּבֶן־ נְעַרְיָ֗ה אֶלְיוֹעֵינַ֧י וְחִזְקִיָּ֛ה וְעַזְרִיקָ֖ם שְׁלֹשָֽׁה׃	The sons of Neariah: Elioenai, Hizkiah, and Azrikam, three.	The sons of Neariah: Elioenai, Hizkiah and Azrikam—three in all.
24	וּבְנֵ֣י אֶלְיוֹעֵינַ֗י [הדיוהו] (הוֹדַוְיָ֡הוּ) וְאֶלְיָשִׁ֡יב וּפְלָיָ֡ה וְ֠עַקּוּב וְיוֹחָנָ֧ן וּדְלָיָ֛ה וַעֲנָ֖נִי שִׁבְעָֽה׃ ס	The sons of Elioenai: Hodaviah, Eliashib, Pelaiah, Akkub, Johanan, Delaiah, and Anani, seven.	The sons of Elioenai: Hodaviah, Eliashib, Pelaiah, Akkub, Johanan, Delaiah and Anani—seven in all.
