| 2May he send you help from his sanctuary and strengthen you from Jerusalem. | 2May he send you help from his temple; from Zion may he give you support! |
| 3May he remember all your gifts and look favorably on your burnt offerings. Interlude | 3May he take notice of your offerings; may he accept your burnt sacrifice! (Selah) |
| 4May he grant your heart’s desires and make all your plans succeed. | 4May he grant your heart's desire; may he bring all your plans to pass! |
| 5May we shout for joy when we hear of your victory and raise a victory banner in the name of our God. May the LORD answer all your prayers. | 5Then we will shout for joy over your victory; we will rejoice in the name of our God! May the LORD grant all your requests! |
