ISV Parallel NASB [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
International Standard VersionNew American Standard Bible 1995
Come! Let us sing joyfully to the LORD! Let us shout for joy to the rock of our salvation.1O come, let us sing for joy to the LORD, Let us shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation.
Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us shout with songs of praise to him.2Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving, Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.
For the LORD is an awesome God; a great king above all divine beings. 3For the LORD is a great God And a great King above all gods,
He holds in his hand the lowest parts of the earth and the mountain peaks belong to him.4In whose hand are the depths of the earth, The peaks of the mountains are His also.
The sea that he made belongs to him, along with the dry land that his hands formed.5The sea is His, for it was He who made it, And His hands formed the dry land.
Come! Let us worship and bow down; let us kneel in the presence of the LORD, who made us.6Come, let us worship and bow down, Let us kneel before the LORD our Maker.
For he is our God, and we are the people of his pasture and the flock in his care. If only you would listen to his voice today,7For He is our God, And we are the people of His pasture and the sheep of His hand. Today, if you would hear His voice,
do not be stubborn like your ancestors were at Meribah, as on that day at Massah, in the wilderness,8Do not harden your hearts, as at Meribah, As in the day of Massah in the wilderness,
where your ancestors tested me. They tested me, even though they had seen my awesome deeds.9"When your fathers tested Me, They tried Me, though they had seen My work.
For forty years I loathed that generation, so I said, "They are a people whose hearts continuously err, and they have not understood my ways."10"For forty years I loathed that generation, And said they are a people who err in their heart, And they do not know My ways.
So in my anger I declared an oath: "They are not to enter my place of rest."11"Therefore I swore in My anger, Truly they shall not enter into My rest."
